The Link Between Food Choices and our Health
“We all struggle to find healthy options when it comes to breakfast or snacking. The purpose of this presentation is to help everyone find a nutritious alternative to empty calories. We often find ourselves reaching for the store bought “healthy” snacks when we are a little peckish.
Not only do these recipes offer you healthy snacking options but also can be modified to best suit your diet/lifestyle. It can be made vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free which makes it truly versatile. It’s perfect for breakfast or an early evening snack but can easily be tweaked to make it a complete meal. And there are so many variants that you don’t have to worry about it being repetitive. You can make these with leftovers like shredded chicken, fish, shrimp, you name it!
It can be put together in no time at all which makes it a very convenient option. You can do the prep work ahead of time and assemble the rolls in a jiffy. It doesn’t even require you to use the stove! You can make it as simple or as fancy as you like. So, get creative!”
